To register simply fill in the registration form and forward to the Conference Secretariat.
If you are unable to register online, simply download the conference registration form (including payment details) and either post, fax or email it to us (details included on the registration form).

Early bird: $330 (Received by 8 March 2013)
Full registration: $380 (Received after 8 March 2013)
Day registration: $130 per day
